Direct Mail Campaign Plan
The Direct Mail Campaign Plan template can be used to help identify the tasks required to execute direct mail campaigns.
The default duration of all activities other than milestones is one day. The campaign manager should set standards for how long the entire process should take.
The direct marketing program has the following four primary objectives:
Cost effectively target qualified leads.Create a message with excitement so that it compels prospects to move along to a sales cycle.Generate qualified leads for the sales team.Convert and nurture cold and warm leads into hot prospects over time.
Many times if you find a prospect that is not ready to buy today, this prospect will go dormant and will not be contacted with much frequency. You should try to keep your name in front of the prospect and take advantage of new opportunities.
